I can test specific aspects of your fitness and physical abilities in order to design a program that will improve your performance. I don’t write programs for bodybuilders, that is just a waste of time.
I once owned a very large gym and specialised in training sports people in all types of sport.
I don’t do rehabilitation as there are many people who can do that for you. I specialise in what very few can do and that is get anyone into shape and very fit.
I can write you a training program to do at home with whatever equipment you have, or a program that you can combine with gym training.
Everyone knows that personal trainers are not fully equipped to write advanced training programs.
